Our Approach
We want you to love your jewelry. Because our pieces are affordable fashion jewelry and for hygiene
reasons, we accept returns only on items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email
Info@alexzandriareign.com with your order number and reason.
Non-Returnable Items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons) — all sales final.
Sale, clearance, or discounted items.
Custom or engraved pieces.
Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or are missing packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment
method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the
customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with photos. We will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
