Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders
placed after [time/cutoff] or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive a
confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Times & Rates
Standard shipping: 2–5 business days — $ rate or Free over $X
Shipping times are estimates and begin after processing, not from the time the order is placed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our hands.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Alexzandria Reign is not responsible for lost or
stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier
first. We are happy to help you open a claim but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for carrierconfirmed deliveries.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to
an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping costs for returned/undeliverable packages
are the customer's responsibility.
International Orders

responsible for delays caused by customs.
