Shipping Policy
At Alexzandria Reign, every order is carefully prepared before shipping.
Processing Time
Standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days.
Personalized and custom pieces typically take 2–4 business weeks to process. In rare cases — such as during holidays or unexpected delays — this may extend up to 5 business weeks, but most orders are completed well within that window. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times vary depending on your selected shipping method and carrier.
Alexzandria Reign is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require an additional shipping fee before being resent.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Alexzandria Reign is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because many of our pieces are personalized and made especially for you, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:
- Personalized jewelry
- Custom-made pieces
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. If we make an error with your order, we will gladly work with you to correct the issue.
Product Disclosure
All jewelry sold by Alexzandria Reign is gold-plated unless otherwise stated. These items are not solid gold. Gold plating is a thin layer of gold over a base metal and may wear over time with regular use.
Warranty Policy
We proudly stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Alexzandria Reign offers a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects, including:
- Faulty clasps
- Broken chains due to manufacturing defects
- Defective settings or craftsmanship
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Tarnishing from improper care
- Water damage
- Chemical damage
- Accidental damage
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
To submit a warranty claim, please email your order number along with clear photos of the item. Warranty claims are reviewed individually.
Jewelry Care
To keep your jewelry beautiful. Store pieces in a dry location. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and household chemicals.
Clean gently with a soft jewelry cloth. Proper care will help extend the life and beauty of your jewelry.
