Refund policy
We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original packaging. To request a return, email us at info@alexzandriareign.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Non-returnable items:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale and clearance items
- Custom and engraved pieces
- Worn or damaged items
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the eligible piece and place a new order.
